I am a high school English teacher full-time and also a yoga teacher who is working to incorporate more of my yoga & breath practices into the classroom.  Besides yoga, I'm gaga for hiking, reading, hanging out with my peeps n pooch & adventures big and small.  I live in New Jersey.
